I am an Executive and Conflict Coach, Mediator and German Tax Advisor working with entrepreneurs and family-owned businesses. My coaching approach is shaped by many years of experience in tax law, financial structures and strategic decision-making. Working with complex numbers, facts, and high-stakes situations led me to the field of mediation and coaching. Today, I combine both worlds: the analytical perspective of tax and business with the human side of leadership, communication and conflict resolution. This unique background allows me to support leaders in situations where decisions are complex, emotions run high and the stakes are significant.
