For a long time, I was someone who functioned well, delivered results and adapted quickly – while quietly losing touch with my own needs. What looked like strength from the outside was, in fact, a refined form of people pleasing. My professional journey as an economist, university lecturer and leadership coach led me to one central insight: sustainable leadership and career fulfillment always start from the inside out. I don’t coach for optimization, speed or performance at any cost. I create spaces where clarity, inner stability and quiet confidence can grow. Clients often describe my style as calm, precise and deeply connecting – a blend of intellectual rigor and emotional attunement. The result is not a new role, but a new inner position from which leadership, communication and career decisions become clearer and more authentic.
