About me

I grew up with entrepreneurship—with conversations around the kitchen table about numbers, people and decisions. Drawing on more than 25 years of experience across diverse business, leadership and cultural contexts, I know the tension that arises when expectations collide, responsibilities become unclear and what matters most remains unspoken.

Sometimes, you do not need a programme—you need a trusted counterpart who can help you see a specific situation more clearly. In one-to-one sparring, we untangle expectations, roles and responsibilities and clarify which conversation, decision or boundary now requires your attention. The focus is on your particular situation, with no obligation to commit to longer-term support.

Whether in a confidential one-to-one conversation or when working with several stakeholders, the central question is always the same: What needs to be clarified so that responsibility and collaboration can become effective again? This is why I work with managing directors, leaders, teams and HR professionals in medium-sized and family-owned businesses—particularly during leadership transitions, succession processes and critical phases of collaboration. I make communication breakdowns, conflicting expectations and unclear responsibilities visible—without rushing to assign blame.
