About me

I train leaders with the mental tools of professional athletes , for more ease, clarity, and calm under pressure.

I'm an ultrarunner myself and spent years building digital products. I know both worlds from the inside: for 20 years I worked where performance really mattered (Red Bull, adidas, Runtastic) and ran ultramarathons across deserts. Both taught me the same thing: the strongest performance comes from clarity, rhythm, and a certain lightness, the ability to stay calm and present when things get hard.

That's what I train. We work 1:1 along four dimensions (Clarity, Rhythm, Recovery, Direction), so priorities get obvious, decisions come easier, and your energy stays where it counts.

Sports scientist. Mental strength coach (MSc). Ultrarunner (Marathon des Sables, 120 km Peru). The extra mile is a decision and it can feel lighter than you think. ☀️
