My story I have been supporting people and organizations in development and change processes for many years. My professional background is in HR consulting and organizational development for small and medium-sized companies, particularly in knowledge-intensive industries such as IT, technology, and consulting. At the same time, I have deepened my passion for coaching, mediation, and reflection work. What drives me is the conviction that sustainable change occurs where clarity, meaning, and freedom of action come together.
My coaching approach My coaching is systemic, solution-oriented, and practical. I work with well-founded questions, structured reflection formats, and a clear view of the respective environment—organization, role, and personal values. In doing so, I combine analytical acuity with empathy and a safe framework. The goal is to open up new perspectives, strengthen inner clarity, and enable concrete next steps.
What makes me unique I combine coaching with many years of consulting experience at the organizational and management level. This allows me to understand both personal concerns and structural and strategic contexts. Clients particularly appreciate my calm presence, my clarity of thought, and my enjoyment of exploring complex issues together.
