About Me – Executive Coaching with a Body–Mind Lens

As an Executive Coach, I support leaders in navigating complexity with clarity, purpose, and resilience. My work is shaped by more than 15 years of experience in leadership development, organizational growth, and conscious transformation.

What makes my approach unique is the integration of mind-based and body-based intelligence. I work with leaders not only on strategic clarity and mental models, but also on the nervous-system level — helping them access emotional regulation, presence, and grounded decision-making.

My philosophy: Leadership grows from the inside out. When leaders learn to work with their body, their mind, and the dynamics of their environment, they become more effective, resilient, and aligned with what truly matters.

I combine cognitive frameworks, systems thinking, somatic practices, and neuroresilience methods to help my clients build lasting habits, lead under pressure, and create healthy, adaptive organizations.
