She works with individuals, teams and leaders across various contexts. Previously, she was a passionate FMCG marketer for international corporations and local brands in Austria, CEE, and Central Asia & Caucasus, driving brand growth. Since 2018, she has run her own business, helping clients grow and succeed professionally and personally in a sustainable way. As a mother of two, Sabine thrives on working with people across generations and settings. She embraces methods going beyond the obvious, fostering playfulness in serious problem-solving. Her favorite approaches include LEGO® Serious Play®, (hypno)systemic methods, systemic thinking and co-creative tools. She sees herself as a curious, strategic and analytical thinker who seeks solutions where you can say “YES. This is thought through AND it feels good. This is me.” Because she believes that the power, that brings to life decisions that truly feel right and succeed, lies in balancing your “head” (intellect) and “gut” (intuition) and acknowledges the various individual personalities and contexts.
