For 25 years I solved problems in IT projects, processes and code. But something was always missing: working with the people behind it all – work that truly and lastingly changes something.
I found my way to coaching through my passion for improvisational theatre. That led to a systemic training, then a hypnosystemic programme – and a completely new perspective on so many things in my daily life.
Stage and coaching have a surprising amount in common: both work best when control gives way to presence. When your comfort zone is already behind you and you're simply there.
