About me

I am a Business Coach and HR consultant supporting leaders, teams and people in navigating complexity with clarity, authenticity and grounded presence. My background as a leader with a focus on people and communication enables me to combine strategic insight with a human-centered coaching approach.

My coaching style is calm, structured and solution-oriented. I create a space where clients feel safe to explore challenges openly while being gently challenged to move forward. Together, we slow down the noise, gain perspective and translate insights into practical next steps.

I don’t push one-size-fits-all methods, but instead help people understand what naturally drives them, what energizes them and how they can lead in a way that feels aligned and sustainable. I bring years of experience in corporate environments while also integrating creativity and intuition — shaped by my work as a speaker and musician.
