What interests me is how people can fulfill their professional roles effectively without losing touch with their own personality in the process. To me, personal and professional growth happens when people consciously use their strengths and reflect on recurring patterns in their thoughts and behavior. This enables professional challenges to be handled with greater confidence and ease.
