Hilke Krause | Coach @ Yumi42

About me

Hi, I'm Hilke! I work part-time in a marketing director role as part of a job share, and alongside that I pursue my passion for purpose coaching. The fact that I'm a sidepreneur and coach today is the direct result of my own purpose journey that started back in 2017.

My purpose is 'Be Ganesha' – because Ganesha is the remover of obstacles and the path-maker for new beginnings and transformation. These two qualities – a focus on solutions and the courage to move forward as a pioneer who keeps pushing her own and others boundaries – have always been part of my personality. But only since I understood the roots and my true motivation behind them have I been living out these strengths with far more self-confidence!

And because this realization made such a tremendous difference in my own life, it deeply fulfills me today to accompany other people - wether it´s individuals or teams - on their journey to their very own personal inner compass.
