Over my many years in leadership positions in international event and project management, as well as in business development, I have successfully navigated professional challenges of all kinds alongside a diverse range of individuals. The demanding work as an independent managing director in a highly competitive market has further strengthened my resilience and deepened my experience.
With my open approach, calm demeanor, and clearly structured questioning techniques, I support individuals as a business coach in developing solutions that truly resonate with them.
Every person is a self-determined being, brimming with potential and resources. We often already possess the necessary solutions within ourselves. However, sometimes these solutions are buried by various obstacles and must be carefully brought to the surface so that our inherent self-efficacy can emerge once again.
Business coaching is the structured, goal-oriented, and systemic process that I use as a tool to guide my clients in achieving their professional goals – based on solution-focused dialogue and the promotion of personal responsibility, self-reflection, and self-efficacy.
