Certified Coach
Since 2023, I’ve been working independently as a consultant, trainer, and certified coach. Before that, I spent roughly 25 years in a variety of exciting roles, first locally, later internationally, within a confectionery company. During those years, I learned a great deal: how to navigate complexity and ambiguity, take on leadership responsibility, negotiate with clients and internal stakeholders, optimize processes, run a business, and manage my own energy along the way. There were good days and not‑so‑good ones, plenty of coffee and even more chocolate. Besides a few extra kilos, that time helped me grow, professionally and personally.
In 2023, I reached a point where weekly commuting between Vienna and Zurich no longer made sense. I started reflecting on what truly motivates me. What has always driven me is helping others bring clarity to their thinking and move into action. So I decided to make exactly that the core of my work and became self‑employed. I completed a trainer certification and later a coaching certification to support people professionally through change. That’s what I do today, with growing enthusiasm, clarity, and a deep understanding of what genuinely helps people move forward.
I support people in leadership roles and transition phases so they can gain clarity, strength, and direction — with empathy, structure, and the right questions at the right time.
