About me

I come from a world of clear decisions: as a business economist, I worked for many years in DAX-listed corporations, mostly in leadership roles with responsibility for revenue and results. I know how to analyze, structure, and make sound business decisions. And I also know when exactly that is no longer enough.

In 2015, I became self-employed. Since then, I have been supporting leaders and teams through development, change, and key turning points, both professionally and personally. Often, these are precisely the moments when everything still seems to “fit” on the outside, but something inside begins to shift.

I bring together two worlds: clear, rational analysis and what is often neglected: inner clarity. Because good decisions are not made by the mind alone. They also need to feel sustainable. That’s why my coaching is not about quick fixes, but about real clarity: - What is truly yours - and what is not? - What will last in the long term - and what only works on the surface?

I work both as a coach and as a sparring partner: attentive, clear, and, when needed, open and direct. Always with the goal of enabling you to make your own aligned decision.

What sets me apart is that I know both sides: the business world with its demands, and the inner processes that often receive too little space. It is precisely this combination that is my strength.

I work with people who are highly capable, who have achieved a great deal, and who sense that they cannot simply continue as before. With people who are ready to look honestly at themselves and make decisions that truly fit them.

Because in the end, it’s not about the “right” decision. It’s about one you can genuinely stand behind.
