I am a former CEO and board member with more than 40 years of leadership experience across the textile, retail, and industrial sectors. I stand for strategic clarity, strong execution, and sustainable transformation.

I have led companies and business units through demanding market environments, combining a strong results orientation with a deep understanding of brands, people, and organizations.

Today, through ASO Consulting, I support leaders, shareholders, and companies on key questions of corporate leadership, positioning, and governance. My focus is on effective decision-making, clear strategic direction, and lasting cultural transformation.
