Ana Verma | Coach @ Yumi42

About me

I have always felt called to helping people who are struggling to manage their daily life due to ADHD, anxiety or depression because i have always know them to have so much potential and love seeing them breakthrough their self limiting beliefs and move past it and become their true authentic self.

My coaching style is always to understand my clients needs and goals. I do not straight away go into productivity approach i rather bring self awareness to my clients and remove their guilt attached to them not being able to achieve their true potential and work with them as a team.

Working with me will bring a diverse approach as my experience for over 10 yrs in the field of mental health with diverse individuals makes me a unique fit as i understand where people are coming from without judgment.
